Due to impending lease ending we were faced with a narrow time-window to find a new home. We gave Cynthia a list of our wants, must haves and nice-to-haves. Within 24 hours she produced a list of qualified properties and promptly scheduled the showings. We submitted a few offers, got a few counters and decided on one. Cynthia negotiated on our behalf and was able to get all of our concessions from the seller. Before final docs were to be signed, we changed our mind and backed out of the deal, we asked Cynthia to get us another list and also research a list we provided; she did not bat an eye nor flinch and was right on it, again, within 24 hours she was scheduling our showings! We did find another property, she negotiated on our behalf and got us closed and in our new home on schedule! Not only is Cynthia professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, reliable and extremely patient; her customer relations are second to none. I have travelled a bit in my lifetime and I'm a bit of a restless soul so I have had several homes and expect at least one more. I have dealt with many real estate agents in my life and I can say with 100% confidence Cynthia will be the first I call! There is one strange thing that has happened since we have been in our home: Every anniversary of moving in and every Christmas we have found a batch of fresh baked goodies or other home warming gift on our doorstep, delivered by "Elves"! It's the Strangest Thing!
